This outlet was opened in June 2005 by Minister Dr. Yacoob Ibrahim. The proximity of the outlet to nearby schools and Bedok housing estate makes it an excellent ground for recreational water sports training and activity.

An ideal water sports centre, this WV outlet offers orientation courses and rentals for dragon boats and kayaks. The surrounding park is also equipped with a jogging track, children's playground, fitness stations and open fields for group activities.
