Commitment	:	1) A minimum of 2 hours per week for teaching sessions and related activities. Every third Thursday of the month, 10am to 11.30am 2) Attendance at quarterly volunteer meetings and training sessions 3) A commitment to at least one semester or six months of volunteer service 4) Willingness to participate in community events, such as showcase exhibitions and project presentations

Background	:	"SparksMakers" is an initiative aimed at bridging the digital divide and inspiring the next generation of innovators. It seeks to provide accessible coding, robotics, and 3D printing education to students of all backgrounds. By tapping into the expertise and passion of volunteers, the program strives to offer a hands-on learning experience that equips students with the skills and knowledge required to excel in an increasingly technology-driven world.

Skills required	:	1) STEM Interest: Volunteers should have interest in at least one of the program's focus areas, including coding (in various programming languages), robotics (programming and building), and 3D printing (design and operation). 2) Passion for advocating for Technology: A genuine passion for educating and inspiring students in the STEM fields is essential. Enthusiasm and the ability to ignite curiosity in young minds are highly valued. 3) Teamwork and Collaboration: Volunteers should be willing to collaborate with other instructors, mentors, and the program's leadership team to ensure a cohesive learning environment. 4) Adaptability: The field of technology is ever-evolving, and volunteers should be open to learning and staying updated on the latest trends and tools in their respective domains.
